Welcome to Perkify by VaultPayNG, a digital loyalty and rewards platform that helps users earn points, rewards, discounts, and perks while enabling businesses to grow customer loyalty.
By accessing or using Perkify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
Permitted Use

User Accounts

Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:

If you create or manage a loyalty program on Perkify, you agree to:

- Provide accurate pricing, offers, and promotions
- Comply with applicable laws and fair business practices
- Avoid misleading or deceptive campaigns
For Customers (Program Participants)
If you use Perkify to earn rewards, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use points, vouchers, and rewards fairly
- Not exploit or manipulate the system
- Follow the rules of each business’s loyalty program
Payments and Fees
Subscription Fees
- Some features may require subscription payments
- Fees are billed in advance and may be recurring
- Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law
- We may update pricing with prior notice
Transaction Fees
- Certain transactions may include additional charges
- Fees will be clearly disclosed before processing
- Users and businesses are responsible for applicable taxes
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
All content, technology, branding, and features of Perkify are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our assets without permission.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload

Disclaimer of Warranties
